  • To encourage student success and persistence by providing individualized services such as academic support, mentoring, tutoring, advising and advocacy.
  • To develop collaborative partnerships, on and off campus, that foster necessary and innovative programs, activities and services for students.
  • To facilitate students' personal development as demonstrated by evidences of leadership, interdependence, respect for all human beings and involvement in campus life and community service.
  • To enhance planning, communication and learning by accessing appropriate technologies and resources.
  • To utilize appropriate assessment measures to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of programs and services offered to students.
