Our premier facilities offer private bedrooms for all 3,500 students that live on campus and 2/3 of which feature private bathrooms with the remainder sharing a bathroom with only one other student. Research shows that living on campus enhances the student experience academically and socially. Students that live on campus for even one year are more likely than commuters to earn higher grades, maintain financial aid, and graduate in four years.

Kennesaw State University Housing offers suite and apartment-style options in four distinct communities: KSU Place, University Village, University Village Suites, and University Place. Each community has unique features designed to serve the specific needs of different student populations. These communities are staffed by University personnel through the Department of Residence Life who provide student support services for social and educational programming, crisis intervention, and conflict resolution effectively creating year-round living/learning communities. Our staff are on call 24/7/365 to serve our KSU students.
